We do not collect personally identifiable information about you from any third parties, and we do not store information about your means of payment, e.g. card numbers on payment cards, etc. as these information are only available for the company OnPay operating the online payment solution.

Only diecast-shoppen.com uses the personal data we have collected about our customers.
No one from the outside can access this data.


5. Storage of personal data
We store your personal data, including your orders/invoices, for five years according to the Danish Accounting Law.
After five years, orders and invoices are automatically anonymised so that they no longer contain personal data


6. The rigth to withdraw consent
At any time, you have the opportunity to be informed which information we have stored about you.
You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
If you wish to be informed about the information we have stored about you, or if you wish to withdraw your consent, please send us an e-mail at hello@diecast-shoppen.com.

If you choose to withdraw your consent, it will not affect the legality of our processing of your personal data on the basis of your previously communicated consent and up to the time of your withdrawal of your consent.
If you wish to withdraw your consent, it will only take effect from this point, and not retroactively.
