Information on 'Free shipping' and shipping in general

In the table below you will find information regarding which countries we ship to, shipping charges, estimated delivery time and when you are eligible for 'Free shipping'.

Generally speaking the 'Free shipping' service is available when;
- The value of a single order is above the listed "Free shipping order value", or
- When the combined value of the content in your personal storage box is above the listed "Free shipping order value" (in that case you will be contacted by us)

All shipping charges are calculated automatically during the checkput procedure, and are based on the total weight of your order.
We use different shipping methods (the cheapest available) depending on your home country - see information in table below.

Any additional fees e.g. import duties/taxes or similar are not included in prices below.
Any such fees are payable by you!

#1 Special remarks for shipments to Norway;
- Diecast-shoppen will transfer the VAT paid in our shop to the Norwegian Tax Authorities - no additional fees/VAT should be needed when importing into Norway
- A custom declaration fee of €20 has been included in shipping charge
- The value of one item may not exceed the value of 3.000 NOK

#2 Special remarks for shipments to Serbia;
- The total order value must not exceed €950

#3 Special remarks for shipments using UPS Expedited;
- A standard size cardboard box is assumed since UPS charge their shipping depending on weight and size of package
- Additional shipping fee might be needed - but you will be informed in such case prior to handling of your order
